The Jaipur Rugs Pavilion is imagined as a living desert — a space shaped by stories, memory, and the quiet rhythm of craftsmanship. Its flowing forms, warm light, and curved surfaces echo wind-sculpted dunes, reflecting how rugs too are shaped slowly and patiently by hand.
The pavilion leads visitors on a journey through the making of a rug — from the first guiding grid to the emergence of patterns, natural dye pigments, and the legacy of artisan communities. Each zone unfolds like a dune, revealing a new layer of craft and culture.
The experience ends beneath a symbolic woven tree, representing roots that hold tradition as it continues to evolve.
A space where craft is not displayed — it is felt.
